Johnny’s Bulgogi Beef Ribs

Wanting to mix up your summer grilling menu? Well, look no further, because oh boy, do we have the recipe for you! This simple marinade paired with our Korean-style ribs is sure to be a crowd pleaser, and will have your friends and family asking for just one more rib - long after their bellies are full!

Ingredients

Marinade :

1 cup sugar

2 tbsp pressed garlic

1 heaping tbsp toasted sesame seeds

3/4 c. Soy Sauce

3/4 c. thinly sliced scallions

2 Tbsp sake or dry white wine

Up to 4 lbs of Korean-style ribs

Submerge ribs in marinade; cover the bowl and refrigerate 7 to 12 hours - the longer, the better. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Cook on the preheated grill until the meat is no longer pink.
